ROWE COST CENTER APP enables automatic recording of all scan, print and folding processes. The evaluation of orders can be carried out automatically via the app. All recorded data can be exported as CSV files and further processed with your internal evaluation applications, e.g. to generate invoices. Set-up of user, group and cost accounts is possible. All access can be controlled and additional limits or credits can be allocated. An ideal solution for companies who want to allocate the use of their ROWE ecoPrint or MFP inkjet to cost accounts or customers e.g. copy shops.

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Automatic recording of all scan, print and folding processes
  • Export of recorded data as CSV files
  • Evaluation and further processing in all common table calculation programs (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
  • Simple generation of invoices
  • Comprehensive user and cost management incl. division into groups
  • Allocation of credits (Prepaid function) or limitation, can be done individually for user groups or cost accounts
  • Optional forced accounting, use only after in-put of access data
